General Assembly
What is a General Assembly (GA)?
General Assemblies (GA) are the perfect opportunity for all EUCSA members to actively shape the association and set its future direction. Members can vote on Policy Manual changes, Budgets and any and all other important matters. GAs are also used by the board to provide general information and update on current happenings and initiatives that are being undertaken.
Typical Structure of General Assemblies
While any General Assembly can encompass a multiplicity of matters and issues, there are typically certain types of GAs throughout the academic year
1st Quad
Budget General Assembly
During the Budget GA the members approve the association's budget for the incoming fiscal year
2nd Quad
General Assembly
3rd Quad
Budget Reallocation GA
Leftover or unused budget can be reallocated in this GA
4th Quad
Elections General Assembly
During this GA the members elect the EUCSA Board of the following academic year
