About the event
1st Women’s Week event announcement!!! In collaboration with SportsCo, we are finally hosting a long-awaited urban self defence workshop! The world can be a bit scary sometimes and this class is a great opportunity to learn some practical defence skills, while also having sporty fun. The class is hosted by knowledgeable instructors at Jayra Sport martial arts school in Kralingen (Adamhofstraat 33) at 12pm on Saturday the 4th. All expenses are covered by us!
