TEDx at Erasmus University College reflects the overall mission of TED to explore “ideas worth spreading” through the organisation of an annual event in which students, professors and external individuals come together to unravel new ideas and challenge old ones. At TEDx Erasmus University College, students take charge in organising this event from deciding on the venue and promoting the event to more intricate aspects like encouraging and guiding the speakers in their talks. As TEDx Erasmus University we aim to inspire everyone in speaking up about ideas that they are most passionate about and spark curiosity in others, as well as showcase other students that anything is possible, even organising an event as big as this.
