Arts & Crafts Co.

Arts & Crafts Co. is a committee dedicated to organizing events that center around creating art. These events allow for self-expression regardless of people's level of skill and encourage socialization among students. Furthermore, we aim to create a sense of community while engaging in creative activities. In general, committee members are involved with organizing, acquiring materials, and promoting events. During events, committee members are in charge of setting the event up, providing attendees materials and instructions, and cleaning up afterwards.

Our events allow students to engage with art with various mediums and allow people to take a break from their educational duties. We have done a lot of collaborations with other committees in the past, which keep our events fresh and exciting.

Some examples of events from last year are a zine workshop (with Writing and Journalism Co.), creative mending and pottery (with Sustainability Co.), painting swap, and following a Bob Ross tutorial.
