Because many of you enjoyed it last year, we decided to bring back the Urban Self Defence class this Women’s Week too! 🤼♂️🏋️
The lovely instructors at the Jayra Sport martial arts school will teach you some skills to make feel a bit safer in the streets of Rotterdam. 💪
So come join us at 12:00 on Sunday the 3rd of March (so this Sunday already!), for HOW LONG, and learn something new ☺️
Bring some comfortable clothes and make sure to sign up on the EUCSA app as there are limited spots!!
